8 4 balls and a single 2 ball played out the annual competition between teams representing the counties of Suffolk and Essex - always a competitive fixture. Despite threatening weather everyone retuned to the clubhouse surviving a few modest showers.
Always a tough competition as this is played under Hambro rules where all matches are played to the death and all holes counting.
