SENIORS VICE-CAPTAIN’S TOUR 2027

This week has just seen another very successful Vice Captain’s tour, superbly arranged by VC Kevin Walsh, not the least of whose achievements was arranging the weather, which, despite dire forecasts, stayed largely fine throughout.

Our Vice Captain for 2026-27 is John Jardine, and he has already booked up next year’s tour. Many of you will already have seen details, but we want to give as many as possible the opportunity to experience one of the Seniors’ most enjoyable events. Details are as follows:

     Venue:​​​Dale Hill Golf and Country club in East Sussex.

     Dates:​​​Tuesday 11 May to Thursday 13 May 2027.

Golf:​​​Two rounds on the Woosnam Course and one on the Old Course.

Accommodation :​ Dinner, bed and breakfast.

John has secured an England Golf discount of £350 so prices will be about the same as this year depending on final numbers - £380 twin sharing, £470 single.

Demand is always high and we have already had a very strong response from our Whatsapp messagessent earlier today. Therefore, while it may be that we will have to operate a waiting list, our experience from previous years is that places become available during the year.
