With the weather claiming the January Stableford, the first Seniors competition of the year was the February. Four Ball Betterball.
And with the courses gradually drying out (apart from the usual swampy spots) there was some pretty high scoring out on the Gainsborough course.
Winners on the day were Mike Clare (no stranger to the winner’s podium) and Reg Reid with a fantastic score of 47 points – made up of 1 birdie, 12 pars and four bogeys for a gross 75 between them.

Second on 45 were Colin Dallas and Allen Brown and third on countback were Toby Butcher and Peter Garnett
