54 Seniors competed today in the first Mike Moore Memorial Texas Scramble held on the Gainsborough course on surely the nicest day of the year - great to play golf again in short sleeves.

Scoring was extremely good, as could be expected in a Texas Scramble and congratulations must go to the winning team of Paul Sandfield, Mick Henry, David Giles and David Humphries who returned to the clubhouse with a net score of 57.

We were delighted to welcome to SbN Mikes widow, Karen Moore, who presented the inaugural Light Bulb Trophy (40 Watt !!!) to the winning team.
