A respectable field for the annual running of the Mike Moore Memorial Scramble held on the Gainsborough course which is still suffering from the considerable rain in the past 2 / 3 months. To add to the issues of the day it was a particularly windy day with holes such as the 14th and 15th being testy.

This didnt seem to have too much effect on todays winners - the team of Glen Jackson / Mark Clark / Alan Finlayson / Dave Drew who returned to the clubhouse with an extremely capable net 61 - this off a team handicap of only 3 - a great score - well done to each of you.

In fact only 6 shots divided the entire field
