A tough day on a Constable course where the greens are in outstanding condition considering the recent very dry weather condition, a great compliment to our greenkeepers. The very dry conditions are making a small number of holes extremely testing verging towards unplayable - we just wonder how much time was spend by competitors looking for balls on the 4th fairway, or adjoining hedges, whilst playing the 6th.

Congratulations must go to John Smith - 39 points in Division 1 and Ian Bickers - 39 points in Div 2.

The biggest winners of the day may prove to be a Lionel Hatch and Alex Giddens with the only birdies on par 3s.
