An excellent day on the Constable course to allow members to entertain their guests. The Constable course playing better and better week by week after the very challenging days in the very dry summer months - there was also a suggestion that a few of those competing managed to keep a ball on the 6th fairway!

The day finished with a very good meal in the Gallery Bar and a presentation of prizes.

Many many thanks must go to John Williams who organised the complete day - well done John and many thanks from everyone involved.

The competition could not have been closed with 3 teams all returning to the clubhouse with 45 points - the victor being Robin Collins and Malcolm Norton on countback - even more remarkable that Robin, an Ipswich GC member only returned to thc UK from Italy at 3am. Congratulations to you both.
