4 Ball Betterball - 28th February 2022
A total of 18 pairs - drawn Hi and Lo - took to the Gainsborough course for our first 4BBB of the year.
In what was probably the calmest day for golf we have had for weeks, the scoring was predictably pretty decent, with six of the pairs coming home with 40 points or more.
Overall winners were Pete Hele and Dick Lumsden, out on their own with 43 points - which included 10 net birdies and 2 net eagles between them (oh all right, 10 pars and 2 birdies in old money).
Second on countback with 42 points were Andy Cracknell and Brian Wilsher, and third, also on 42 points, were Phil Hickley and Ian Bickers.
