FINALLY!  We managed to get a break in the weather and were able to play the February Stableford on the Gainsborough course  in some fairly benign conditions.

Before we started, we took the decision to miss out the 15th hole, which is still recovering from the vandalism and Storm Eunice.... Instead, we agreed that everyone would get 2 points on that hole...and for some, that was the highlight of the back 9 !!

Only one player in the whole field managed to reach the 40 point mark, and that was Division 1 winner Reg Reid.   Kevin Price won Division 2 with 39 points.

Nearest the pin on 7 was Peter Houghton - but before you ask, he missed the putt!

Only other highlight worth mentioning was the fact that Captain Pete Robins parred every single one of the 5 par 3s today.
