Some 62 players took part in the July Stableford on a very dry Constable Course…but in mercifully lower temperatures than of late.

With an impressive 43 points, Robin Nicholson won the Division 2 competition – as well as lifting the annual President’s Prize – a bottle of spirits of his choice, kindly donated by Club President Steve Clark.

Roger Davies was the winner in Division 1 with 41 points.

Nearest the pin on the 8th was Mark Clark (and yes, he did sink the putt).

There were only three 2s recorded in all…Mark Clark, Roger Fleuty and Robert Ogles.
