A few years ago the decision was taken to scrap the Mystery Christmas Presents after the Christmas Yuletide in favour of a suggestion from Roger Davies to donate cash or provisions for the Sudbury Foodbank.

over the years this has changed to cash donations to allow the Foodbank to purchase the items that they need to support those in need in Sudbury and the surrounding area.

Unfortunately the Christmas Yuletide was one of the victims of the current severe weather conditions but, fortunately, the donations still flooded in and a remarkable amount of £3250 has been raised through 75 individual donations - this will very quickly be passed onto the Foodbank. This amazing figure is before an Gift Aid.

Well done to the Senior members who have supported this years efforts and to Roger and Miki who have, once again, masterminded our efforts.
