It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Jeremy (Jezza) Osborne who would be very well known to many of our older members.

Jezza, along with his brother Tony, were long standing members of the Seniors Section until Tony moved to Brighton and Jezza moved his membership to Newton Green where the lack of hills helped his game. Both brothers played a very active part in the runing of the section and for that we are extremely grateful.

Unfortunately Jezza started suffering with prostate cancer in the past couple of years and in pain. Despite this he continued in contact with a number of members through his love of Ipswich Town FC

Our thoughts are very much with his wife Rosie and the rest of the family at this difficult time.

We will advise members of funeral details once these become available.

May Jezza now be allowed to Rest In Peace.
